Mark Henry def. Cody Rhodes

In what is just a partial preview of this Sunday’s traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team Match pitting Team Kingston vs. Team Orton, The World’s Strongest Man flattened The Legacy member on his way to victory. Rhodes did whatever he could to out-maneuver Henry and gain the advantage in hopes of picking up the win, but the former ECW Champion’s unimaginable strength was too much, and once Henry caught the second-generation Superstar in The World’s Strongest Slam, it was all over. If this is any hint of what is to come Sunday, Team Orton is going to be highly disappointed with the outcome.

Eric Escobar def. Jimmy Wang Yang

It looks like Vickie Guerrero has picked a winner once again, or at least such holds true this week, with Eric Escobar roping up Yang for the win. No matter what The Asian Redneck tried to do to rustle himself up a three-count, it wasn’t working, and in the end, Escobar showed Yang that Thursday nights aren’t for the rodeo, they’re for “WWE Superstars.” With a devastating running dropkick, Escobar incapacitated Wang and after the three-count, he had an intimate celebration with Vickie in the center of the ring.

Zack Ryder def. Shelton Benjamin

Redemption was sought and found this week with Ryder picking up a victory over his ECW rival Shelton Benjamin. It seemed that things were going in the same direction as Ryder’s last two losses to The Gold Standard and that Benjamin was about to reach Paydirt literally and figuratively. Unfortunately for Shelton, Rosa Mendes provided the first distraction that benefitted the man infatuated with her, allowing Ryder to capitalize by slamming his opponent onto the mat and getting the 1-2-3.
