Chris Harris posted a message on his website that he signed a WWE contract that was made official on Tuesday evening. Harris said he wanted to keep quiet on the confidential negotiations with WWE until the contract was official. Harris said: "I have put a lot of thought into this decision and feel that it is the best for me. Wrestling is my life and I had lost my passion for it. I have been unhappy for some time. It was the right time to make some changes." Regarding TNA, Harris said he has nothing bad to say about his former employer, and thanked them for giving him an opportunity for 5 1/2 years to wrestle. Harris continued: "I don't know what the future holds for me. It is time to start at the bottom again and fight my way to the top. I am proud to be part of my new family. Even though I have not worked for WWE before, I feel like that is where I belong."
