TNA Champion Kurt Angle will appear in court today to address charges of Driving Under the Influence and Carless Driving in regards to his October arrest. Angle was arrested after there were reports of his vehicle seen driving erratically and nearly hitting a woman’s car.

After authorities received the report they went to Angle’s house and gave him a field sobriety test which he failed. After being taken into custody, he was brought to Sewickley Valley Hospital for a blood test, however, he refused. Kurt Angle’s attorney released a statement to the celebrity gossip web site TMZ following the arrest proclaiming his innocence.
