PWInsider is reporting some new developments regarding World Wrestling Entertainment's current trademark infringement lawsuit against Dale Gagner's AWA Superstars promotion. According to reports, WWE disclosed to the court that not only are they seeking damages for the promotions quote "unauthorized use of WWE's intellectual properties" in an amount to be determined, but also all court and attorney's fees.

WWE also disclosed that Verne Gagne, Greg Gagne and WWE's Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel James Langham (who was said to be heavily involved in the WWE's purchase of Verne Gagne's AWA library and assets) may all be called to testify in regards to their knowledge of the AWA letters, trademark and copyright ownership.
