IFL Connecticut: Pitbulls-Wolfpack; Scorpions-Dragons

Since its inception one year ago, the IFL has faced constant criticism for the long delay between live fights and televised fights. The IFL will inch closer towards live television Friday night when the Wolfpack-Pitbulls team bout airs from the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut on Fox Sports Net on the same night.

The other team bout Scorpions-Dragons will be televised on May 11th.

Olympic freestyle wrestling gold medallist Kevin Jackson will serve as interim coach of the Portland Wolfpack for this event while Matt Lindland prepares to fight Fedor Emelianenko on Saturday in Russia.
