Mark Briscoe Pulled From Upcoming ROH Events
Ring of Honor Tag Team champion Mark Briscoe has been pulled from this weekend's events in Long Island, NY and Edison, NJ. Although Briscoe has insisted he is physically ready to return to the ring from the concussion he suffered on 3/30, the decision was made to hold him out until the St. Paul, MN event on 4/27. ROH announced this afternoon that new, revised lineups for this weekend will be announced shortly. Briscoe suffered the concussion while performing a shooting star press from the top rope to the floor during the Briscoes' ROH Tag title win over Shingo Takagi and Naruki Doi in Detroit. He was hospitalized for several days due to the injury.
