Lawler knocks out Trigg, regains Icon Sport 185-pound title
"Ruthless" Robbie Lawler knocked out Frank Trigg in the fourth round to reclaim the middleweight title at Icon Sport: Epic from the Blaisdell Arena in
Middleweights Jason "Mayhem" Miller and Renato "Charuto" Verissimo won their respective bouts and positioned themselves as possible opponents for Lawler's next title bout. All signs point to Verissimo becoming the number one contender. Miller's Icon Sport contract has expired and he still has a WFA contract that was acquired by Zuffa.
