Arum speaks on chances of Oscar De La Hoya winning Manny Pacquiao Appeal

Bob Arum believes Oscar De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions will continue their bid to stop Manny Pacquiao's next bout on April 14 against Jorge Solis. Pacquiao will face Solis as long as a court does not stop it from happening.

Golden Boy Promotions already failed in their first attempt to get an injunction to stop the fight, but although Top Rank's Arum expects them to appeal the decision, he feels they will fail again.

Quoted in the Manila Bulletin in regards to De La Hoya's company being successful at appealing the decision, Arum stated: "no chance" of De La Hoya winning.

Arum further told the publication that tickets for the event had been already sold and the fight was to go ahead as far as he was concerned: "Virtually all the high-priced tickets have already been sold. As far as we are concerned, (the fight) is a go."

Arum added: "There's a public workout scheduled for him (Pacquiao) on Saturday April 7."
